The lodge, the deck, the dining room, the bar, a cabin and a suite. Every photograph here is the lodge's own.

The three-storey log lodge seen from the lawn, with balconies and hanging flower baskets above a covered stone-pillared patio

Guests eating at tables on the covered lakeside deck, log columns and hanging baskets framing the water

The enclosed lakeside dining porch, with a full-height river-stone chimney, log columns and windows onto the water

The log dining room with a vaulted pine ceiling, long pine tables, hickory chairs, mounted game and a built-in aquarium

The live-edge pine bar with hickory-log stools, a deep back bar and televisions overhead

Rows of white chairs set out on the lawn facing a flower-draped arch, with the docks and Waubee Lake behind

A suite sitting room with a gas fireplace, a plaid hickory-log sofa and a glass-topped log coffee table

A lodge suite with a log-frame bed, a patterned sofa bed and a second bed on a raised level behind a half wall

A cabin with a steep A-frame window wall and a raised wrap-around deck, set among birch and pine above a gravel drive

Inside a cabin: knotty pine walls, a small kitchen and dining table, and a bedroom with a queen bed through the doorway

The banquet hall set for a reception, round tables in white linen in front of a tall river-stone fireplace
