Reaching the lodge
Call the front desk.
The office and the bar open at nine every morning. The office is not staffed after five, so if you are arriving late, ring ahead and arrange it with whoever is on — do not just turn up at eleven and hope.
For a room or a cabin, calling is quicker than anything else, and the front desk can tell you which units are actually free and which one suits the number of you. For the restaurant, reservations are recommended and not required. For a wedding or a banquet, ask for the information packet.
